3.2 The construction unit - the investor of the construction project, also known as the "owner", is the general responsible party for the whole process of the construction project, and has the ability to determine the construction scale, function, appearance, selection of materials and equipment, and selection in accordance with laws and regulations. rights of contractors, etc. The construction unit can be a legal person or a natural person, including real estate developers.
3.3 Construction unit - refers to the construction contractor who has passed the qualification review of the construction administrative department and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate, and is engaged in civil engineering, construction engineering, line pipeline equipment installation, and decoration projects. See the description in the preface. The construction unit is a multi-site supplier referred to in the CNACR-420 document.
3.4 Project supervision unit - refers to the qualification examination by the competent construction administrative department, obtaining the corresponding qualification certificate, entrusted by the construction unit, in accordance with national laws and regulations, technical standards, requirements and requirements of the construction unit, within the scope entrusted by the construction unit An enterprise that supervises and manages construction projects.
3.5 Engineering project - refers to a project with independent design documents that can independently exert production capacity or use benefits after completion.
3.6 Unit project - is an integral part of the project, it is a project that can be independently organized for construction, and usually includes project contents of different natures. For example, the plant building and equipment installation project of a workshop are each a unit project; a house or multiple identical residential buildings in a civil building are regarded as a unit project. Independent water supply projects, heating projects, power transmission projects... can be regarded as a unit project.
3.7 Sub-projects - are the components of unit projects, generally divided according to the main parts of the building and the objects of the installation project. For example, the foundation and foundation engineering of housing construction engineering, main structure engineering, etc., the installation engineering branch engineering includes pipeline installation engineering, equipment installation engineering, electrical installation engineering, etc.
3.8 Sub-projects - is a component of sub-projects, which are further divided into sub-projects according to the process. For example, foundation engineering can be divided into sub-projects such as artificial digging trenches, digging pits, and backfilling.
3.9 Inspection lot - an inspection body composed of a certain number of samples, which is assembled for inspection according to the same production conditions or in a prescribed manner.
