Carrying out quality certification is to ensure product quality, improve product reputation, protect the interests of users and consumers, promote international trade and develop economic and trade cooperation. The purpose of this certification is very clear that enterprises must meet the conditions to apply for iso9000 certification if they want to carry out certification.

  Chapter 3 of the Regulations on the Administration of Product Quality Certification of the People's Republic of China specifically discusses the conditions and procedures. To sum up, an enterprise applying for product quality certification must meet four basic conditions:

  1. Chinese enterprises hold the "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce; foreign enterprises hold the registration certificate of relevant departments.

  2. The product quality is stable and can be mass produced normally. Stable quality refers to the fact that the product has passed the continuous random inspection for more than one year. Products produced in small batches cannot represent the stability of product quality. Only companies that produce products in batches can be eligible to apply for iso9000 certification.

  3. The product complies with national standards, industry standards and their supplementary technical requirements, or conforms to the standards confirmed by the standardization administrative department of the State Council. The standards mentioned here refer to national standards or industry standards with international standards. Whether the product conforms to the standard shall be proved by sampling by the inspection agency confirmed and approved by the State Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.

  4. The quality system established by the production enterprise meets the requirements of the quality assurance standards in the GB/T19000-ISO9000 family. Establish an applicable quality standard system (generally select ISO9002 to establish a quality system) and make it operate effectively.

  If the above four conditions are met, the enterprise can apply for iso9000 certification to the national certification body. Generally speaking, most of the enterprises that have mass-produced basically meet the first three conditions, and the latter condition is to strive to create. At present, we should actively carry out publicity and implement the GB/T19000-ISO9000 family standards. In light of the actual situation of the enterprise, the establishment of quality system certification must meet the following conditions:

  1). The Chinese enterprise holds the "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce; the foreign enterprise holds the registration certificate of the relevant department.

  2). The enterprise has established and implemented a documented quality system according to the quality assurance standards in the GB/T19000-ISO9000 family
