2. Main information of on-site audit


1. Auditors should consult as complete company documents as possible. Incomplete information often cannot indicate the continuous and effective operation of the system. At a minimum, the following information should be consulted:


(1) The company's business license and other licenses issued by the government;


(2) Inspection records of government departments: such as fire inspection reports and annual labor inspection certificates;


(3) Company rules and regulations and labor discipline;


(4) Copies of workers' personnel files and age documents;


(5) labor contracts and other agreements;


(6) Records of working hours, including work cards, time sheets, overtime records and records of rest and leave requests;


(7) Working time control records;


(8) wage records, including wage standards, wage calculation records and wage payment records;


(9) Social insurance and benefit records, including payment records, charge records and registration forms;


(10) Records and handling of violations by workers;


(11) Safety and health inspection records;


(12) Annual inspection and registration records of special equipment, including boilers and pressure vessels, motor vehicles in the factory, elevators and hoisting machinery, etc.;


(13) Records on the storage and use of hazardous chemicals;


(14) Air and noise detection records in the workplace;


(15) Records on the issuance and recycling of labor protection articles;


(16) Worker health examination records;


(17) Safety and hygiene training records;


(18) Records of fire safety drills;

2. Safety and hygiene issues are an important part of the entire audit process and one of the main purposes of on-site inspections. The main points of on-site safety inspections:


(1) Is the structure of the factory dormitory safe and properly maintained?


(2) Is a "three-in-one" (accommodation, production and warehouse) plant used?


(3) Are the safety exits sufficient and are the safety passages blocked?


(4) Are fire-fighting equipment complete and properly maintained?


(5) Is the machinery and equipment safe and whether the safety devices are complete?
