ITSS Information Technology Service Standard

  ITSS Certification - Information Technology Service Standard is a set of standard library in the field of IT services and a set of methodology for providing IT services developed by the ITSS working group under the leadership and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Committee.

  ITSS Certification - Information Technology Service Standard is a set of systematic and comprehensive information technology service standard library, which comprehensively regulates IT service products and their constituent elements, and is used to guide the implementation of standardized and reliable IT services. Under the leadership of the China Electronics Industry Standardization Technology Association, the ITSS Certification Branch will give full play to its role as a platform, conscientiously do a good job in the application and promotion of information technology service standards; strengthen its own capacity building and serve the development of member units; steadily promote the conformity assessment of ITSS standards , strictly control the quality of evaluation. ITSS fully draws on the essence of quality management principles and process improvement methods, specifies and standardizes the components and life cycle of IT services.

  Application conditions for each level of ITSS certification:

  ITSS certification level one upgrade quantitative level has the following basic conditions:

   has the status of an independent legal person;

  The operation and maintenance service capability system has been established according to the first-level characteristics and key indicators of "ITSS-Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity", and it has been in effective operation for more than six months;

   Can provide effective evidence of operation and maintenance service capability management, personnel, resources, technology and process;

   Hold "Information Technology Service Standard ITSS Compliance" (ITSS-Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity Level 2) for more than one year.

  ITSS Certification Level 2 Improvement Collaboration Level has the following basic conditions:

   has the status of an independent legal person;

  The operation and maintenance service capability system has been established in accordance with the secondary characteristics and key indicators of "ITSS-Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity", and it has been in effective operation for more than three months;

   Can provide effective evidence of operation and maintenance service capability management, personnel, resources, technology and process;

   Hold "Information Technology Service Standard ITSS Compliance" (ITSS - Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity Level 3) for more than one year.

   Hold the first-level or second-level certificate of system integration or hold the third-level certificate of ITSS operation and maintenance service capability maturity for more than one year

  ITSS certification level 3 expansion level has the following basic conditions:

   has the status of an independent legal person;

  The operation and maintenance service capability system has been established in accordance with the three-level characteristics and key indicators of "ITSS-Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity", and it has been operating effectively for more than three months;

   Can provide effective evidence of operation and maintenance service capability management, personnel, resources, technology and process;

   The applicant unit has been engaged in information system operation and maintenance service business for more than two years.

  ITSS certification level 4 basic level has the following basic conditions:

   has the status of an independent legal person;

  The operation and maintenance service capability system has been established according to the characteristics and key indicators of "ITSS-Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity", and it has been in effective operation for more than three months;

   Can provide effective evidence of operation and maintenance service capability management, personnel, resources, technology and process;

   The applicant unit has been engaged in information system operation and maintenance service business for more than one year.
