ITSS - Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity Model Level Evaluation ITSS is an industry certification based on the "Information Technology Operation and Maintenance Capability Maturity Model", which is applicable to all supplier companies engaged in operation and maintenance services.
ITSS certification level one upgrade quantitative level
1. Copy of business license;
2. A copy of the computer information system integration qualification certificate and other management system certificates;
3. A copy of the operation and maintenance service capability maturity certificate;
4. Operation and maintenance service capability management plan, capability indicator system and related reports (the report should include at least the achievement of indicators and trend information for more than six months);
5. Operation and maintenance service quality management system, quality evaluation index system;
6. Plans and reports related to internal audit and management review of operation and maintenance service capability management;
7. Service delivery management system and service delivery plan
8. Emergency response management system and emergency plan
9. Historical data analysis model of operation and maintenance business development
10. Implementation Model of Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Management Plan
11. Operation and maintenance service capability management improvement effect model
12. Operation and maintenance service delivery model
13. Routine Action/Response Support Data Analysis Model

ITSS Certification Level 2 Improvement Collaboration Level
1. Copy of business license;
2. A copy of the computer information system integration qualification certificate and other management system certificates;
3. Copy of Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity Certificate
4. Development history of operation and maintenance service business;
5. Organization-level operation and maintenance service catalog;
6. Organizational structure and description of responsibilities;
7. Operation and maintenance service capability management plan, indicator system and related reports (the report should include at least indicator achievement and trend information for more than three months);
8. Internal audit and management review related systems, plans and reports for operation and maintenance service capability management;
9. Operation and maintenance service quality management system, plan and report;
10. System documents related to operation and maintenance service personnel management (including personnel training management documents, job responsibilities, etc.);
11. Description of the application of operation and maintenance service tools (if the special tool is not applicable to the organization, it may not be submitted) (see Annex 3);

5. Organizational structure and description of responsibilities;
6. Operation and maintenance service capability management plan, indicator system and related reports (the report should include at least indicator achievement and trend information for more than three months);
7. Internal audit and management review related systems, plans and reports for operation and maintenance service capability management;
8. Operation and maintenance service quality management system, plan and report;
9. Relevant system of operation and maintenance service personnel management (including personnel reserve system and plan, training management system and plan, performance appraisal system, job responsibilities description);
